I have a "block" schedule at my house...a block for the kids, a block for the house, and a block for me. There's usually two of each per day, and it's working out pretty well so far. My personal block doesn't have to be that long, but knowing I have an "out" coming up, makes the mommy perspective a little brighter. I totally agree.
