Promote your brand
The Integrated Mother® serves career-minded moms who are juggling their work, their family and their dreams. Of course, the idea of a “career-minded mom” covers a broad audience; but in general, most readers:
- Work or volunteer full- or part-time;
- Work or volunteer outside or inside the home;
- Have children still living at home, age 0 and up; and
- Are goal-oriented, business-minded and highly involved parents.
I promote products and services I believe in. I developed this blog to equip, teach, and support mothers to effectively manage their life and their work so they can enjoy the best life possible. The brands I stand behind must not only align with this mission, but offer immediate relevance and value to my readers. I have been privileged to work with a wide-range of brands including, Walt Disney, General Mills, ConAgra, WNBA and more.
Three ways to promote your brand on The Integrated Mother:
#1 Advertising
Your ad will appear “above the fold” and includes:
- Your organization’s banner ad* displayed prominently on The Integrated Mother website with a link to your Web site;
- Your organization’s text link published vis RSS feed with every post from The Integrated Mother for the duration of the ad run;
- Your organization’s text link published in newsletter for duration of ad run.
- A 125×125 ad is $49 per month. A 250X250 ad is $89 per month.
*Ad space is subject to availability and is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Ad space is sold on a monthly basis. Ads start on the 1st of each month and run for entire month. Discounts are available when you reserve and pay for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance; please ask. Contact me to confirm start date.
#2 Reviews
I review books, products and services that I’ve personally read, used or experienced. If you wish to have a book, product or service reviewed that I have not yet tried (or read), please be sure to provide:
- The product in new condition, access to your service for a reasonable trial period, or a review copy of your book;
- A press kit, or other important information about your book, product or service; and
- Logo and image files in .jpg, .gif or .tif format for your book, product or service.
In response to reader feedback (collected September 2009), I’ve significantly reduced the number of giveaways I host on my blog; however, if you have a discount code or coupon to go along with the review, I’m happy to share it. The only exception to this is books. My readers enjoy book giveaways, so if you’re an author and I’m reviewing your book then offering an additional copy for me to giveaway is nice. Please also keep in mind that my time is valuable, so if you want me to actively promote your review beyond the initial post, an additional fee will be required. I do not return samples. I also reserve the right not to review your product or service. Usually this happens if I didn’t find the quality or relevancy to be strong enough for my audience.
#3 Contribute quality content
The readers who visit this site love to see practical tips and advice, as well as personal essays and anecdotes about life as a working mom. If you have relevant, quality content to share, then click here to learn more about contributor guidelines. You may include a descriptive byline with your submission and I will link back to your Web site, if you have one.
